What should we clarify before a project?

Can we start without knowing whether we need AI?

Yes. Start with your team’s problem and workflow, then decide where an application, automation or AI would help.

How are cost and timing estimated?

Screens, users, existing data, integrations and workflow complexity inform the estimate. Agree scope, pricing and delivery dates before development starts.

What should we prepare?

Bring an example workflow, your current tools, main users and desired improvements. Redacted examples are enough for an initial conversation.

Can you connect our existing tools?

Available APIs, import/export options and access permissions need review before confirming integrations and associated costs.

What is delivered, and who owns the system?

Define the screens, features, documentation and handover in the scope. Specify source-code rights, data ownership, hosting accounts and third-party services in the project agreement.

What happens after handover?

Separate development fees from hosting, AI usage and third-party charges. Define defect resolution, maintenance and new-feature scope, duration and pricing in the individual proposal.
