How Bulumaai collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through this website, including consent choices and gated research downloads.
Bulumaai may collect information you submit through contact forms, research download forms, AstroGuide flows, and direct inquiries. This can include your name, email address, company name, project details, birthdate, phone number, questions, dream text, chat messages, payment-related status, and any other information you choose to share.
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver requested research, provide AstroGuide readings or chat features, maintain access rights, send operational notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service issues, and improve the website or services.
Contact and research forms require a privacy consent confirmation before submission. We may record the consent version, timestamp, referrer, and user agent where our database schema supports it, so we can keep an audit trail for submitted requests.
Necessary cookies or browser storage may be used for security, language routing, consent records, form behavior, and requested app sessions. Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics are optional and load only after you accept analytics. You can change that choice through the privacy settings control on the website or, in AstroGuide, from the “ฉัน” menu.
AstroGuide may process personal inputs such as name, birthdate, phone number, questions, dream text, reading history, chat messages, and payment or entitlement information to generate AI-powered readings, preserve context, and operate paid or free access. Avoid entering sensitive data or another person’s data unless you have permission.
We use trusted service providers to operate the site and services, including Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting, deployment, logs and analytics where enabled, OpenAI or Google Gemini for requested AI outputs, EasySlip for PromptPay slip verification, LINE Login where selected, Resend or SMTP providers for service email, and Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics or similar analytics tools only after analytics consent. These providers may process data outside Thailand or your country where needed to deliver the service, subject to their contractual and security safeguards.
We keep submitted lead data, AstroGuide records, usage logs, and operational error logs only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, service delivery, security review, legal compliance, dispute handling, or internal reporting. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, or withdrawal of analytics consent. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that was already lawful before withdrawal, but it may limit optional features. AstroGuide users can change analytics consent from Settings and contact support for data requests.
Our services are intended for users who can understand privacy choices and AI-generated content. If a user is a minor, they should use the service with consent or supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law. Parents or guardians may contact us to review or request deletion of data submitted without permission.
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers, advisors, authorities, or partners only where needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect our rights, or complete a requested transaction.
